We had to wait an hour before we heard our key number. This needs to be addressed for future use. We cannot wait for ours on end while nobody answers their phone"

"Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware. "
