The property is well known, huge building, great food, professional, nice and well informed staff. I really like the shower and location. However, the rooms had a mildew smell, and the bed linens and towels, though some of them they are a good quality material, they were smelly- like sweat and unclean. I felt like one of the beds had bed bugs because I was itching. I finally slept on the cover and not on the bed sheet. The premises were not care for; garden, pool area, etc. The hotel has huge potential if only they used a better sanitizing system for the sheets and towels, work on the A/C to remove mildew smell and sanitize the rooms, update restaurant, repair and update patio, pool area, etc.

Staff was very helpful during our short stay. Great food options within walking distance and very nice rooms. If you have to be in Villahermosa to drive to Palenque I recommend staying here. Great options and breakfast was great!
