La amabilidad de todas las personas, procurando siempre la mejor atención a mis necesidades de transporte, información y problemas del manejo del control de la TV. No me gustó que no hay dotación de agua embotellada en la habitación, no hay ganchos para colgar la ropa, no se puede regular la intensidad del aire acondicionado y la gran cucaracha anidando en el baño (no me meti con ella y ella no se metió conmigo).

El hotel por fotos se ve limpio y agradable, al llegar la fachada se ve sucia, los cuartos se ven limpios, solo que esta lleno de chinches. ya que estoy llena de piquetes de chinche
