The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. Check in was good ,then it went downhill from there. Took a long time to get hooked up to the wifi, tv remote was difficult to figure out. The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't much warmer. The door for the room had to slammed shut and was difficult to open. Will not stay there again .
