Village of Acme Trip

Rooms were renovated still on going when we visited. Bathroom was small and the renovations were poorly done. The toilet paper holder is so close th3 the toilet in hits you in the ribs you can not close the lid with toilet paper on the holder. Silicone cracked already around tub. Found construction garbage under the beds. Room was way to hot even with A.C on. Very loud all night in the hallway people never seem to stop care 1am people yelling and stomping around. Pool was freezing cold. Gym was amazing lots of new equipment. Hot tub was small but amazing outside in the snow best part of the experience. No Breakfast. Would stay here again if the price was $125 to $150 a night. 5/10 rating poor construction work is not the hotels fault

The jets on the hot tub are terrible barely even felt them, the rooms were awesome and clean

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

Parking was nice being underground. Hotel is very clean and nice!

What a great space!! Nicely setup in a quite part of Canmore. Being on the top floor with the vaulted ceiling really adds to the view of the surrounding mountains. Easy walk to ammenities and some great shops and restaurants.
