"The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room and excellent, ample breakfast. Shower is tight for a plus-sized person. Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!"

"Very lovely small hotel with perfect location in La Spezia. All restaurants are very close, the train station is just next door, and even the harbor is at walkable distance. Even if the hotel is centrally located, I wasn’t disturbed by the notices from outside. I normally wake up very easily. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice an cozy. Very beautiful interior. "Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. There is no room service but plenty of space for 3 people to hang towels. The bar fridge was very small which made it a little difficult to keep drinks refrigerated on hot days. The hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale which made it super easy to get to the Cinque Terre. Also lots of food options and super markets nearby. "

"The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."

"Our stay at Hotel Villa Argentina was wonderful. There was a train strike the day we were traveling to the hotel, and we needed a little bit of help getting to Riomaggiore. Luca at the front desk was wonderful and so patient! He helped us rent a last minute parking spot and was so great to answer my questions throughout our stay. The view from our room was stunning. It was worth spending the extra money for the sea view. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and convenient. The location also helped make our trip so special. the only note I have is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, so sleep with some noise cancelling headphones if that’s a problem for you We loved our stay here! If there is a room available, book it!♥️"
