La dueña del establecimiento (Pilar) nos comentó que no tenía ninguna reservación por parte de Hoteles.com para nosotros. Es un error muy grande de parte de Hoteles.com. La dueña muy amable nos ofreció una habitación individual que tenía disponible agregando una cama portatil.
