"The staff were lovely and the facilities were delightful. To walk round the Lake then have a sauna or fun in the pools is a real treat. It was very busy as it was school holidays which we didn’t realise. The buffet restaurant is also a great offering. Huge variety. "

"Room a bit too warm, apparently they all are. Pillows and duvet a little on the cheap side, carpet felt a bit old but bathroom was amazing and comfy bed. Hotel amenities are great."

"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. "
