"Room was uncomfortably hot. Air con terminal stopped pumping out cold air about 3am and the room became unbearably hot. There was nobody to be found in the hotel and my family of four had to stand outside multiple times in the dark to get some air. We managed to get the kids back to sleep after several hours by placing wet towels on their back. We wanted to complain at check out but there was still nobody to be seen!! "Nice hotel. Rooms a little tired but clèan and comfortable. Breakfast good. Free underground parking. Close to city centre . Nice poolbut poool closed for two hours in afternoon which not good when you want a swim "

"The hotel is nice and surrounded by hills. There is a lovely view from the balcony. The food at the restaurant is really nice and the service is very good. I would highly recommend it. If you are a biker, this is a biker's hotel. "

"A very relaxing resort with beautiful grounds and friendly staff. It has great pools and a dedicated beach. It has a lot of free parking but on our, very late, arrival it took us a while to find a space due to some sort of event. It is only 5 minutes drive from a little town that has some great restaurants. We also enjoyed walking through the forest parallel to beach - shade and sea breezes."
