"The hostel is average. Breakfast was good. The double room with a bathroom has 4 beds and is spacious however the bathroom/ toilet is very very small. Overall enjoyed our stay however expected little more cleanliness. Staff is super helpful, they turned the radiant heater On upon request."
"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."
"Wonderful family-run hotel in Tremezzina. It is a beautiful property with good sized clean rooms, a nice pool and a view that cannot be beat. The included breakfast is very good, as is the evening dinner service they offer. But waht really makes it a great place is the family that runs the hotel."

"I cannot say enough good things about the Grand Hotel Victoria. From the immaculately kept grounds; beautiful lush hydrangeas, wonderful pool, exceptional restaurants, to the staff. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and made me and my fiancé feel right at home. We had several hiccups with travel along to and from Como and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destinations safely and smoothly. To travelers: do check out the local gelato spot that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel (pro-tip: get the pistachio) and the restaurant “Dal Tato” for some amazing Italian food. "

So many things we loved about this charming hotel… the fantastic location across the road from the lake , a first floor balcony that overlooked the town square and a view of lake, clean room and comfy bed. Easy walk to ferry terminal and all the dining options. One of the highlights of this hotel was the infinity roof top pool - we spent every afternoon taking in the view from this wonderful spot. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time in Italy. Thank you 🙏 "
