"Roberta was an awesome host. Let us check in early which was helpful. Room was nice, super clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was a queen size and comfortable. Served a nice simple Italian breakfast with espresso and fruit drinks. I was originally concerned because descriptions stated on-site parking which does not exist but across the street in a field and down the street at the local church was plentiful parking and had no issues. Nice place to stay at an affordable rate."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa La Preziosa, charming family-run hotel in outskirts of Lucca, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is perfectly located, nestled in very close proximity to the historic city walls, which allowed us to easily explore all the beautiful attractions Lucca has to offer. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with traditional Tuscan charm, a Royal suite indeed! The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the décor to the amenities, truly elevated our stay. Breakfast was another highlight! Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and local delicacies, exceptional scrambled egg and most importantly the warm good morning from Barbara! What really stood out to us though, The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and ensuring that our stay was perfect from start to finish. At the airport, I noticed that I forgot my mobile phone in our room. It will be hard to believe but the owner himself brought my phone to the airport, we were treated like family rather than customers. Unbelievable experience. Don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay! We can’t wait to return and experience it all over again. Highly recommended! "
