"This is my favorite hotel in all of Bellagio. It’s affordable and amazing. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the best breakfast view ever. The rooms are perfect. Ours had a balcony and side view of lake Como. Perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your night with a glass of wine. Bus stops literally out in front of hotel for easy access to Como or to downtown Bellagio. It’s also an easy 15 minute safe walk to town. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s were we always stay when traveling to Bellagio. "

The room was spacious with extra pillows and washcloths
Weather was against us but we made the most of it
Breakfast was delicious and the staff are so welcoming and helpful
Laura helped us to maneuver the ferry and how to get to Lugano Switzerland due to Como being flooded and even offered to drive us
Did not realize the hotel was 20 minutes walking from the ferry port but we managed
