Based on the overall experience, I would rate it closer to a 4-star property. That said, the outdoor ambiance and lush greenery are among the finest I’ve seen, which adds a lot of charm — but still not enough to justify a full 5-star rating."

"Rooms were outdated, and the washrooms had poor ventilation with a foul drain smell. Despite booking three Coastal View Rooms together one book TDforExpedia booking, we were given two rooms on one floor and a third on another. Third room was on first floor which had a minimal coastal view. The hotel said the bookings came through separately and couldn’t place us together, which was disappointing on a family trip. The rooms were in an older section of the hotel (on the very far end), and the pool on our side was closed and unmaintained. Overall, the property fell well below five-star expectations."
