"The reception didn’t exist and there was no staff to help us throughout the stay. There was no place to get food and not even a place to buy water or ask anyone for anything. The power kept going out and AC kept not working and we’d have to basically go out and yell until the guys doing construction would come turn it on. They need an actual front desk and staff to actually be present and help. No one spoke English either."

The service was flawless with staff super attentive to our needs, our questions, and our requests. The hotel only has 12 rooms so there’s a lovely sense of intimacy. The rooms are beautifully decorated with very tasteful items, they have a lot of light coming through and an feeling of openness with the stunning view of the sea and the French doors on two of the walls of the room.
