mauvais rapport qualité/prix

points positifs situation géographique dans le village charme de la maison points négatifs compte tenu du prix facturé( 50 €) chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur le couloir ( donc pas de lumière) état général très négligé ( tete de lit non fixée,literie trop souple,porte fermant difficilement,salle de bain vetuste, accueil minimaliste wifi inopérant

Accueil impeccable même à une heure tardive, maison type coloniale originale et agréable. Le village est mignon, bien situé pour visiter ensuite le Teide

Mountain visit

Very friendly hosts, willing and helpful with any queries. Went on the stargazing trip. We were very lucky, skies cleared and we had an amazing experience. Otherwise weather cloudy and wet, unfortunately. Many thanks to Angela and Steve who make great efforts to make guests welcome and comfortable, constantly working on improving hotel facilities.

We had a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The stargazing trip up to Teide was fantastic. The colours of the sunset in Retamar were amazing. Afterwards the telescope on the roof showed the rings of Saturn, the stripes of Jupiter and the craters on the moon in stunning clarity. Simply beautiful.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss

Schöne Lage des Hotels, hilfsbereite Eigentümer, checkin problemlos auch mit Fahrrad möglich, dürfte das Fahrrad im Zimmer unterstellen, Frühstucksraum mit schöner Aussicht, schöne Dachterasse, ideales Hotel wenn man von dort Radatouren machen will.

Enkelt hotell / B&B, med perfekt beliggenhelt

Hotellet ligger ved torget i Vilaflor, 100 meter til stor parkeringsplass, enkelt å stoppe utenfor for bagasjen. Gammelt hus enkelte rom har ikke vindu ut, men inn mot korridor. Rommene kan med fordel oppgraderes med litt mer lys leselys over hver seng. Ingen betjent resepsjon, men nøkkel til inngangsdøren utleveren. Enkelte serveringssteder i Vilaflor, men mange har stengt mandager. Kort til supermarked. Perfekt for vanding sykkel og biltur til Teide og området. Meget hyggelig vertskap, enkel men komplett "continental" frokost. Vilaflor er på 1500m og er enten inne i skyer eller over skyene.

Wonderful Staff and an amazing place to stay

My stay at Casa El Zaguan was everything I expected the staff are such lovely people we had an amazing trip. So helpful and even though we arrived late on the staff were ever so nice. We went on the dark skies tour with Steve and we loved it his knowledge was excellent. The food and the facilities in the hotel are brilliant and they will do anything and everything they can to help. From Dean and Alex thanks fir such a lovely time

Eher Hostel, spartanisch aber reizvoll

Spartanisch, aber reizvoll, mehr wie ein Hostel, Zimmer o.k., allerdings kein Fenster ins Freie sondern in den Flur, Frühstück am gemeinsamen großen Tisch (wer es mag?), ansonsten freundliche Führung, für zwei Tage ja, länger nein. Pool im Innenhof mit Blick aufs Meer.

Hotel very convenient and clean, quirky old place.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. Unfortunately, weather wet,cold,poor visibility and absolutely no visible dark night sky which was the main purpose of an overnight stay!!

Enkelt hotell, nærmest et pensjonat i fjellet.

Hotellet ligger høyt oppe i fjellet, ca. 1400moh. Det var derfor litt kaldt morgen og kveld, men godt med ovner og ekstra tepper på rommet, og peis i stua. Veldig hyggelig vertskap. Litt enkelt utstyrt kjøkken. Fint med utendørs boblebad.

Trevligt Hotel i Bergsby

Hotelet/Hostelet ligger ca 25 km från flygplatsen. Resan upp till Vilaflor går vi en väldigt krokig väg rakt upp till 1400 meter. Hotellet ligger vid torget mitt i byn. Det finns en liten affär och flera barer och restauranger i närheten. Vårt rum var tämligen enkelt med toalett på hallen. Mycket rent och fint. Frukost finns att köpa till ett bra pris. Innehavarna är mycket trevliga och omtänksamma. En specialitet är att titta på stjärnorna på taket. Tyvärr förstörde månen för oss men ändå intressant. Att ta sig ner till Los Christianos eller Las Americas stränder tar ca 25 minuter. Att åka till Teide är smidigt och vill man vandra finns flera leder. Sammantaget ett mycket trevligt ställe att bo om man inte vill bo vid stranden-

Hotell med potential - men kunde vara bättre

Hotellet ligger perfekt vid stadens lilla torg. Några enkla restauranger och liten supermarket i närheten. Bra läge för vandring och cykelturer. Byggnaden är vacker och nyligen renoverad. Rummen är enkla. Frukosten ok. Tyvärr brister detaljerna, belysningen blinkade, inga lampor vid sängarna, det lilla gemensamma köket var dåligt utrustat, poolområdet rörigt och slitet, bastun trasig, bubbelpoolen stängd och med trasigt tak, gemensamma utrymmen stökiga. Stället har potential men kvaliteten slarvas bort. Men priset är också lågt....

A half hearted welcome and a depressing place..beds ok,but tiny shower tray with stained shower curtain.Outside area:pots full of dead plants,bin bags,old and broken garden furniture.Awful breakfast:no choice,of anything!-and unpleasant tea and coffee.Even at this low price,guests deserve better.

hübsches Hotel mit Ambiente aber Sauberkeit

Was uns sehr gestört hat war das der kleine Dusch-Waschraum keine wahrnehmbare Entlüftung hatte und der Duschvorhang stark roch (war zu lange nass). Ansonsten sehr hübsche Pension, altes, nett zurecht gemachtes Gebäude. Wir waren im Dezember 2016, Pool war geschlossen.
