"This hotel gives you a first day WOW factor, but if you stay for more than three days, you will start to see/feel things you might not like.
For example the first day was amazing. The facilities are brilliant , the pool , the gym the outside pool , the sunbeds, the view ,the different bars , different restaurants, it's quite overwhelming and gives you an amazing WOW factor.
My challenges were with some of the management who were in an open restaurant giving other members of their team a telling off.
Then I ordered codfish which came very rare. I complained about it being rare and I was told this is how codfish is served in Portugal. I did not believe that member of staff.
Then one day it rained in the morning and it stopped raining approximately 12 noon and then the sun came out and people were sat round the pool at 2 pm in the afternoon.
The problem was the pool bar did not reopen ? and there were no towels , no cushions but yet the sun was out and you're in a five star hotel !! and you expect somebody to realise that the rain has stopped. But no!
The Sun had come out and there people laid on the Sun terrace with no towels and no need drinks and need service ! so we left it until 3 pm and then I started to create a fuss.
I complained to the Spa manager and I also made a telephone call to the super manager and somebody did turn up at 3:05 and started to do what should've been done at 2 P.m. I honestly cannot believe that it did not Dawn of any of the members of staff"
