She helped me with a broken bag, lent me a plug for my CPAP machine, charged my Apple Watch since I didn’t have the right connection, let us know about the free museum and the list goes on! "The location of the hotel was ideal. However, the hotel is marked parking on site included. There is no onsite parking. There is free public parking across the river, but no way to stop and unload at the hotel. This was fine for us, but might negatively affect someone with mobility challenges. Also there is no elevator and narrow stairs to consider. The staff was lovely and the kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. "

It is an easy walk from the back of this hotel to the Fatima Sanctuary and its surrounding chapels, churches etc. We would gladly recommend this place. We would love to come back and stay again. "
