The hotel feels a little dated, but room was good size and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was opened early and good size with lots of extras, sauna, jacuzzi etc . We eat in the hotel restaurant and although quite limited menu, the food was very nice and quickly prepared. Would go there again for a short break."

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect and the manager Noel is a nice guy and is very helpful with things to do and see in the area. "A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish hospitality."
"Booked two rooms for myself and family. First thing I noticed on arrival was how warm and inviting it looked. Next was the lovely welcome we received on checking in. We had two rooms adjacent to each other which were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We went for dinner and were greeted by the fantastic staff. Nothing was too much and service top notch. Dinner was cooked fresh and was just excellent. After a great sleep, breakfast was fabulous. I would highly recommend The Rhu Glenn Hotel. A family run hotel that greet you with smiles and a wonderful welcome. I loved this hotel as did my family. Service from all the staff was exceptional. 10 out of 10. We'll be back 👌"
