"Vous vous moquez des clients. Lors de la souscription le 13.02.2026, j'ai souscrit l'assurance annulation. Suite à SCANNER et IRM, j'ai été hospitalisé le 22.04.2026. Mais comme on m'a indiqué qu'il fallait que je fasse attention en cas d'infection, j'ai contacté hotel.com.L'hôtel prévenu avant le 14.04.2026 a refusé l'annulation malgré l'assurance annulation prise par le client. L'hôtel dit que c'est à Hotel.com de rembourser. On m'a donné le nom de l'assurance : COVERGENIUS et numéro de politique 4T JNS-QMV6Q-INS. j'ai fourni le bulletin de situation de mon hospitalisation. L'analyse des prélèvements démontrent un début de cancer. Pour moi Hotel.com se n'est pas sérieux car je ne suis pas remboursé et vous vous permettez d'envoyer un questionnaire, alors que vous savez que nous ne sommes pas venus à l'hotel. Vu que personne à Hotel.com ne fait rien pour me rembourser, alors que j'ai payé une assurance annulation. Je déconseillerai de passer part ce site. On encaisse l'argent pour l'assurance annulation, et lorsqu'on veut être rembourser pour une cause serieuse, c'est impossible. "I spent two nights in Ypres. The hotel was very centrally located yet quiet. The staff were friendly and very accomdating. The room was large, clean and well presented. The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast itself was varied and delicious. I will definetly stay here again when cycling and/or visiting flander fields"

"Overall the property and staff are excellent. I highly recommend using the restaurant as the food is exceptional. One item to note is I chose the property as we had a rental vehicle. Street parking is free but hard to find. I chose to park in the train station parking garage which cost 12.50 euros each day. "

"Ideally located near the train station and bus terminal, though not well signposted as the main entrance is up a flight of stairs and attached to a large car park.. Small reception but functional and friendly staff too greet you.. Check in was easy, room was nice, spacious and above all else, clean and quiet.. "The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"
