There was no reception attended there.
We were unable to get into our paid for room because there was no receptionist there. There was a note saying that the reception was closing at 12:30 that day, even though our check-in time was not until 4 pm.

Great staff & parking. I was glad to be able to do my laundry, but the process was more difficult than it should be. One washing machine was down, and the dryer was programmed to turn off after 30 minutes.

Don't do it
We did not stay due to the fact we could get no food or drink anywhere near hotel,check in person tried and could find nothing I tried to tell hotels. Com about our ordeal & requested a refund none of which has happened. Be warned this is not the hotel you want to stay at & hotels.com I'm still waiting for my refund. (Please note I had to give the bad scores because it would not let me post without a score, obviously I don't know because I didn't stay.)

Great quality place and service
We stayed only one night to break in half the long trip to our final destination, but we have had a great experience and we are definitely glad for choosing this place, also considering that we had chosen the same place as a one-night-stop for our trip back home.

We rented this hotel for part of our stay in italy. It stated a kitchenette however had no utensils or kitchenware. There are few restaurants within walking distance.

Clean, Modern and spacy!
Very modern hotel! Clean, they even cleaned our dishes in the kitchen, while we were out! Spacy for family of 4. 2 adults in the bedroom, and 2 kids staying on the sofa in living room. The Wi-Fi is fast! The location about 30 minutes drive to Venice, that was perfect for us, because we were driving a car. The staff was showing us very good restaurant 6 minutes drive away (not only pizza/pasta, but good Steak and good desserts) Parking garage with elevator.

Clean modern Hotel amongst offices in commercial area. Rooms large but sparse,reception closes at 9.30 but can be reached by phone for later check in. Breakfast poor with little choice. Ok for overnight business stay.

Staff was hospitable, for the short time they were available. There was no service over the weekend and they closed at 9 daily so we had to use our same towels. They have a make-shift breakfast which wasn't available on Sunday as we paid for during booking. We spent hours trying to locate the hotel initially even with the gps. It's a true business hotel, everything surrounding it was closed for the weekend. Pull out couch was comfortable. Channels on TV went in and out. Heating device was inoperable. The kitchenette was a nice feature. Excellent wi-fi!

Very Comfortable Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It's very clean, modern, roomy with lots of useful amenities. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen. The queen size bed was relatively very comfortable, unlike most European hotels beds. Loved the bathroom, especially having the shower and toilet/bidet separate from the sink area. Two people can get ready at the same time! It was nice having a espresso maker with complimentary coffee pods. Having a fridge was also convenient. We were able to keep snacks around for our late night cravings and morning breakfast. The staff was extremely nice, spoke good English and even called a cab for us each time we needed one. The only downside was the 15 minute cab ride to the Padova train station, which costed an average 20 euros each way. Downtown Padova is close by, about 5 minute away. We would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

excellent hotel-residence,for those whot are in car or motorised vehicles ,because it's a little bit out of Padova, and since we were travelling by bicycles,it was less easy to return downtown, but the hotel itself is a perfect one.And not to forget, we rent this luxury for a more than very smart price

No one after 9:30pm, no service on Saturday and Sunday. No cleaning on Saturday and Sunday. AC doesn't work at night. Cannot find anyone to repair. Sweating all night. Not a real hotel.

Perfetto per i miei viaggi di lavoro. Facilmente raggiungibile e a decina di minuti dal centro di Padova. Si parcheggia comodamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere sono accoglienti, funzionali e pulite. Personale cordiale.

Passiamo sopra alla non perfetta pulizia del bagno che era comunque accettabile. L’assenza del frigo bar in inverno non si è quasi notata. Ma la mancanza di personale la notte e la domenica è una cosa pesate. Per fare il ceckout ho dovuto chiamare un numero per le emergenze e ho lasciato sul bancone la chiave della stanza senza vedere nessuno. Avevo anche fatto presente di un problema strutturale in bagno che non è stato risolto.

Vicino alla tangenziale, posizione buona per gli spostamenti verso la città di Padova che però possono essere fatti solo con l'auto privata per mancanza di mezzi pubblici. Le pareti divisorie troppo sottili si sente praticamente tutto, mancano i bicchieri nella camera

Gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, aber weitab von der Stadt und allen Geschäften gelegen. Das Hotel wurde anscheinend 2004 erbaut, aber es scheint am Geld für Reparaturen zu fehlen, denn Lichtschalter gingen nicht, eine der zwei Klimaanlagen röhrte, die Halterung für den Brausekopf im Bad war abgebrochen, die Isolierung zwischen Badewanne und Fliesen war voller schwarzer Risse, das Zimmer hatte einen abgestandenen Geruch, den wir durch Lüften aber selber beseitigen konnten.

Très déçu par l'accueil mais super chambre
Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel personne à l'accueil au bout d'un moment une dame sûrement femme de chambre est venue ne parlait absolument pas français était vraiment mal gracieuse c'est une amie à elle qui a pu nous expliquer dans un anglais que nous avions du mal à comprendre que le directeur n'était pas la comme c'était le 15 août qu'il ne pouvais pas prendre notre cb on a été vraiment mal reçu le matin on voulait prendre un café et bien personne c'est vrai inacceptable A côté de ça la chambre était vraiment très bien et propre dommage

Oui... mais là non!
Nous sommes arrivés à 22h30 à cause des bouchons et là première déconvenue la personne qui nous accueille ne parle qu'italien ...oups! Arrivée dans la chambre qui je dois bien le dire est tout à fait correcte...Mais là oups again la clim ne peut pas être réglée.Enfin,le petit déj est correct mais pas de quoi tomber à la renverse non plus. Pour résumer avis partagé. PS: je vous ai parlé du nid de guêpe sur le balcon?

Funkar som övernattningsställe, men väldigt dammigt.. Eftersom jag är dammallergiker så märks det tydligt om det är rent eller inte. Ögonen blev irriterade direkt. Plus var det låsta garaget. Hade rummet varit rent så hade det fått högre betyg.

No breakfast in Sunday?
Big and clean room. It lacks a little light at night but ok. No room service (at least at weekends). Nice and handy staff. Problems: No person in the reception at night. Anyone can enter the place and get access to the rooms with no problem (at least that's what it seems). Breakfast is poor and they don't serve breakfast on Sundays - that's exactly what you read. There was no one in the reception to make the check out, on a Sunday. We had to call a number writen in a plaque in reception. Another guest called and the person said to just leave the Keys. We would stay there again if needed, because it's a good room, but it's good to be aware of this issues. ;)

Günstig, gut gelegen, aber ....
Neueres Hotel, gute Lage an der Peripherie von Padua, verkehrstechnisch ideal. Internet funktionierte nicht. Am nächsten Tag repariert, jedoch ungenügende Qualität. Mit etwas besserem Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit könnte es ein sehr gutes Hotel sein. Dann wäre sicher auch ein höherer Preis möglich!
