The hotel was perfectly located; just outside the old town and great to explore the surrounding area. Free parking within a 5 min walk. The room was spacious, clean and overlooking the town square. In addition, the rooftop patio is fabulous and the breakfast that is served is delicious. As to the owners, extremely helpful, friendly and lots of local tips. This is the place to be if you want to stay in Vieste.

The owner and his family were extremely friendly and very informative. They help carry your luggage up the stairs, provided us with a great breakfast and all the information to visit the local sites. They love what they have and do an incredible job at it

Incredible Hotel!

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location! We loved being so close to so many incredible restaurants, sights, shops, and beaches. The balcony overlooking the square was worth every cent and their parking setup was a great value The staff was incredible and so kind and very helpful with recommendations and directions, the complimentary breakfast with coffee service and homemade baked goods was such a perk! Our stay at Relais La Pretura and Vieste was the highlight of a 3 week vacation

Wonderful B&B in center of everything.

Lovely B&B with great service and wonderful breakfast on the terrace. Very clean big room and bathroom. I found the bed too firm for us but others may enjoy. There is no elevator and as long as you can manage 2 flight of stairs to the lobby, this is not an issue. There is also another set of stairs to the terrace which is typical of this type of ancient building. Gorgeous setting with generous hosts.

Fantastic stay on a lovely B&B. Beatyfull place and very nice location in the middle of Vieste - close to the sea and restaurants and shops. The Rooms are just fine and clean and the is a nice view and also a small fridge for you to use to our own things. The staffs are so nice and friendly and very helpfull. Lovely breakfast on the terrace in the morning. We recomend it very much!!!!! Just be aware: there are only access to the first floor by stairs no elevator

Il sig. Martino, titolare della struttura, è persona disponibile e gentile già da prima dell'arrivo, in quanto con mail segue ed indica il percorso, fornendo suggerimenti. Alla reception grande cortesia della giovane signorina. Pulizia della camera e colazione abbondante e varia in veranda all'aperto. Grande comodità di trovarsi in pieno centro e vicinissimi alla spiaggia. Abbiamo usufruito dell'unica stanza con ampio balcone e comode sdraio e bella vista sul sottostante viavai di gente. Consigliatissimo

exellent relax

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a relax week end and we found it at la pretura. Good buffet breakfast on the roof top with delicious food. Staff very nice. We also had the beach included which was a very nice and quiet beach close to the house. Extremely recommend this place.
