The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food at the hotel was delicious including the buffet breakfast and restaurant. The location is center to everything.

Worth It!!

First time traveling to Vientiane, Laos. Hotel staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. The breakfast buffett was delicious and restaurant menu/food was outstanding.

The staff is very insufficient and slow. Rooms are not clean, and strong odors, especially smoking. Very poor service, and unpolite staff. The poorest service I ever had in Laos. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Vientiane, Laos.
