Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet.

Smelled like cigarettes and found a pair of underwear in the bed. Bathroom sink drain was not tied in to the drain system.

기대했던 것보다 굉장히 방이 넓고 상태가 좋았습니다. 도마뱀은 복도에만 있어서 다행이었습니다.

Nice hotel and staff

The hotel is nice is close to airport but not to the city. For some this is not wanted, but my experience was excellent. You can get transport very easy or go walking. There is no restruant but laundry can be requested. The room is very basic but cleaned daily. For me it was great

Good for a night before a flight

Not far from Northern bus terminal and airport. Staff were confused when I checked in - manager wasn't there and gets all the Expedia bookings. Room was decent, bed and pillows comfy. Good to have free bottled water and fridge - would have been nice if water was already in the fridge. Shower wasn't great and not warm, and I had ants in and around my sink. TV needs replacing - could barely see the picture from static.
