"I stayed her for 3 nights. A few items were missing (stolen) from my room. These items lost had sentimental value to me as well as it cost me $200. I told the front desk twice and was told that management would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later after asking the front desk twice and emailing the hotel, I heard nothing. "Nice place to stay, otherwise if you get those rooms that are facing the street then it really loud from the other side of street from playing music at night. Otherwise it good. Some of the rooms a/c are not as cold as other rooms. Some room are broken down, like leaking from sink, bathroom door and dresser door handles are missing or broken. Same things with shower head, but didn’t bother me too much. If you are looking for a place that are really nice than it not this hotel. This is your average hotel that all."
