Great hotel, but you need a vehicle

The hotel is amazing, very big rooms, clean, balcony, low price. Much better than any hotel near the river, but you need a car or a motorcycle as the location is outside of the main attractions. Taxis can still be found around but only during the day

Never go here

Do not stay at this hotel. There is no breakfast here, unless you are Laotian. We went down 1 day, were told no breakfast, so we went back to room and ordered a taxi. When we went back down they were serving breakfast to laotians. Cleaners don't bring you more water when you ask them, they just don't treat you like a guest here. Avoid

큰 기대를 품고 비엔티안 공항에서 택시 타고 갔더니 걸어서는 찾기도 어려운 곳에 있었고 주변에 구경할 곳도 없음. 카운터 보는 직원은 매우 친절함. 물도 잘 나오지 않지만 나름 청결함. 되도록이면 추천하지 않음.

다 좋지만 위치가 문제

전체적인 평가는 괜찮습니다. 하지만 도심과 너무 멀고 뚝뚝 기사분들이 찾지를 못해요 ㅠㅠ 청결도, 서비스, 직원 친절도는 최상입니다. 제가 여기를 다시 올 것 같지는 않습니다. 사람이 없어서 조용한 객실이 대부분이고 좋지만 도심과 먼것이 너무 크게 다가와서 비추입니다 ㅠㅠ

Too far from tourist attraction. Couldn't take the public bus. Reception couldn't gie the information or reserve the air port bus for client.

Nice room, clean and good air conditioner. The staff are nice people. The breakfast is really bad, the sugar have ants.... The dinner (not included) poor and very spicy

위치가 안좋지만 직원 친절도는 굉장히 좋음

스모킹룸을원했는데 발코니(베란다)가있어서 좋았습니다 트윈베드에 직원이 정말 친절하더군요 근데 위치가 너무 안좋아요 버스터미널에서 툭툭이를 타고갔는데 툭툭이기사가 2시간이나 헤매더군요 그래도 직원이 진짜 친절해서 만족합니다 하지만 위치때문에 다시 가고싶진않아요

Awful place to stay

Far away from city, you'll need to pay lots of money for transportation. If you're taking a bus elsewhere, they will not come to pick you up from there. The hotel won't even sell you a bus ticket.

시내와 엄청나게 멀어 비추천합니다

청결이나 시설면에서는 5성급 호텔만큼 편하고 깨끗하고 좋습니다 하지만 시내와 거리도 멀 뿐더러 직원과의 소통도 힘들고 호텔에 지도도 구비되어 있지 않아 불편합니다 처음간 도시에서 이정도의 불편함은 너무나도 큰 최악의 조건입니다 직원들 말로는 걸어서 시내까지 20분이라는데...길을 잘 모르는 관광객으로 걸어보니 2시간은 걸은 듯합니다

Långt bort från allt, inte så bra service

Hotellrummen var stora, rymliga pch städade men duschen hade så pass dåligt tryck att om man hade långt och tjockt hår inte kunde tvätta håret. Vår toasitts var helt trasig i första rummet men vi fick så byta till ett nytt rum där toasitsen satt fast med hjälp av en ätpinne. Frukosten var okej som bestod av baguette, smör, ägg, sylt och ris. Dock var servicen inte så bra. Vi stannade två nätter och vid första frukosten, som skulle serveras mellan 7-10, så var vi på plats kl 8 men inget var klart och vi var tvungna att vänta en halvtimme innan vi fick vår frukost. Andra dagen var vi också vid frukosten kl 8 men fick vänta 20 min på att den skulle bli klar då de inte hade tillräckligt med bröd och fick åka och köpa. Hade vi inte lagt undan mer tid för frukosten skulle det ha blivit väldigt stressigt till flygplatsen. Dock var personalen vänlig och lät oss checka in tidigare då vi kom till hotellet redan 7:30 på morgonen efter en lång tur med nattbuss. Hotellets läge ligger dock väldigt långt bort från stadens centrum och alla restauranger, gångavstånd ca 25 min. Det var även svårt för tuk tuk förarana att hitta hotellet då det ligger väldigt avskilt. Överlag var hotellet fräscht och hade ok wifi.
