"The room was very cleans and the staff were to a person kind and helpful although communicating in English was a bit difficult. I will have to brush up on my Lao next time I go to Laos. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous!"

"The room was fantastic and I loved the bathroom. Marble tile and premium glass. The staff was extremely helpful with everything and even printed documents I received email. We spent an afternoon in the spa and had a relaxing 90 min massage. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and definitely worth it. Overall it was one of the nicest and most accommodating hotels I’ve ever visited. I’ve been to many hotels that cost much more and didn’t come close to providing the experience I got at Crown Plaza Vientiane. We’ll definitely be returning for a holiday with the children next time. A truly excellent experience! Thank you staff!"

Premier déjeuner a été décevant, mais la deuxième matinée, il a dépassé nos attentes. La note 4 refléte le manque de constance. L’équipe du buffet a été très sympathique!"
