From the start of our stay right to the end was just excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air-con was good and very welcome - especially as we arrived at same time as a heat wave! The breakfast was excellent, there’s something for everyone and plenty of choices cooked and continental. Great location - walking distance from train Station. Hotel is literally opposite Schönbrunn park, (Hietzing gate entrance) loved it - would definitely...

Really good location with a baby, palace grounds adjacent. Zoo was class

Perfect situation high up with panoramic view over the whole city. The Vienna woods provide perfect walking facilities. The hotel itself has very impressive facilities true to its period. It is situated in extensive grounds . Parking is free. The bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance. Buses are frequent and connect to the underground which means the city centre, Stephansplatz can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I could have happily stayed longer. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by a member of the team, informed about the breakfast timings, a brief overview of the area with local transport etc. During my stay I also turned 24 and at breakfast the following morning I was given a very thoughtful birthday note and a pot of homemade marmalade made by the hotel, which was completely unexpected and made me slightly teary. The breakfast was outstanding, and I...

Very accommodating staff, very clean and comfortable in well connected location. Enjoyed our stay

Very clean, friendly and accomodating hotel. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely look at staying here again!

The hotel overall was very nice. Even though not in the centre, very easy to reach by direct transport links. Would recommend this hotel.

Very relaxing days

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay ans hotel and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, ps the spa was a brilliant addition :)

We had an enjoyable family visit to Vienna and this hotel did not disappoint. It was convenient for the S-Bahn to and from the airport, walkable to the city centre and above all friendly and comfortable. We paid extra for the executive/club lounge access, which was well worth it and really did make us feel at home in this wonderful city. The breakfast, as well as the additional food on offer, were great, and just what we needed. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. the...

Always stay at this hotel when in Vienna . Friendly helpful staff , decent breakfast in a lovely restaurant. Train station just around the corner straight to the old town .

Great hotel right in the centre of Vienna. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a bit expensive because Vienna is an expensive town! However, the service and the cleaniness of the place were perfect. The hotel was well placed too and the rooms were well insulated, so we could not hear any noise. The breakfast was delicious too. The staff even brought us a special cake to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to them! Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Its a very nicely run hotel. We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Fantastic hotel located within 5 minute walk of main square in Graz. Excellent compact city with great amenities close by. Hotel breakfast was exceptional. Also has its own parking garage behind the property.

Beautiful period hotel, 10 mins walk from opera house. Really comfortable bed, nice local beer in the mini bar, tea/coffee making. Excellent customer service, they even gave us a complimentary pot of mustard when we checked out! Breakfast was included with a surprisingly excellent range of quality choices, in a pretty dining room. We would definitely stay again.
