The people at reception were amazing. Everyone was so efficient and very kind to us.
One item we found not good was that in most hotels in the USA, plastic cutlery, styrofoam plates etc.are used. Why not use a commercial dishwasher appliance to be eco-friendly. Certainly, it would be better in the long run.

Reception was cheerful and helpful, room was OK, but a little strange in having a front and back door entrance, so if you stay here be careful not to lock yourself out.
