The property as you walk in is very clean all thru. The front desk checkin was great. Room was clean and nice. Love it definitely will stop back when in this area. If your looking fir a nice place book this hotel.

The property appeared to be maintained well though both outdoor trash cans in front were full (trash coming out of the of all sides) Saturday evening.

Perhaps it needs a deep clean
The dog barking for most of the time was annoying. The shower is not clean and has orange growth. Room sleeps good but it did not feel clean.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were well equipped. I had a full size refrigerator,microwave, many kitchen utensils and of course shampoo, conditioner, etc. the staff was very helpful and quick to respond when I asked for extra towels and help with our tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so so. I had a car so I could drive to shopping and restaurants but walking would be difficult ( no sidewalks and enough traffic to make walking on the side of the street dangerous.)I liked hotel the hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent hotel! New construction, nice and clean with all amenities that you would want. Few restaurants and fast food nearby plus a Walmart and Lowes within walking distance.

Staff at desk very nice. But room was not clean… bed was made so messy, bath was not clean. Toilets dirty, floor not swept, mold on shower, hair in shower. Ironing board disgusting.

Room was well-equipped and very smartly laid out. Really think the full kitchen setup is deal for traveling family or long term individual stays. Too bad it wasn't pool season

Lack luster breakfast compared to competitors. Air conditioning couldn’t be stabilized (68-81 degrees in room when set on 71). Door sweep hanging off half way causing front door of room to not close. TV remote did not control TV, just the cable box. This rendered the volume control useless when connected to other HDMI inputs

-5 Stars is what it should be...
Worst experience I've ever had with any type of business. Requested to check out a day early and the Hotels.com representative was told by the front desk that they would allow early checkout with no penalty. Checked out a day early and received a bill with charges for just 2 nights as promised. Days later, I was charged for the additional night and they refuse to honor the early check out as agreed stating that the employee that Hotels.com had spoken to and noted in their system is not an employee there. Asked for new bill showing additional charges and found new bill has altered check in time, check out date and time, and is more than my original reservation. The most dishonest establishment I've ever done business with.

Building falling apart? Loud noises at night.
Will we were excited when we saw the building was new(er). However our stay was for two nights and the very first night we kept hearing a very loud cracking sound, very loud. All through the night wife and I both heard this loud sound. Second night it was the same. Very loud crack, thump and what sounded like cement falling within the walls. The wall behind the bed was the loudest. I used to be in construction and worked on at least nine story buildings. I swear the cement is cracking and rafters on the roof are fighting each other from the heat and cold. One loud sound at night sounded just like large fist size chunks of cement broke lose and fell about six to eight feet I side the wall. We were in room 428. Someone needs to know about this. When we checked out the day clerk was seen ducking into the back room. No one to tell about this scary condition. I was also upset about the shortened breakfast that morning we checked out. I didn’t wait but less than a minute before walking out the door. Good luck! Smitty
