The hotel needed some upgrading. The drawers in the room were broken and the shower handle almost came off in my hand.

The room soze was so nice! Lots of extra space compared to the average hotel room. The pool was down the weekend we were there, which is one reason we booked this hotel. Our room was very close to the "meeting room". An event was held there Saturday night. The only advice i wpuld give to the hotel staff would be to not put a family that close when they know they have an event. Loud music was booming until at least 11pm.

Enjoyed our stay here. We were immediately greeted at the front desk and given a room within no time. Our room was clean, well stocked and great temperature. It’s in a very nice area and across the street from a Home 2. I personally ensure the value of this hotel and the breakfast. Next time we are in town, we will book here again.

I was disappointed that beds were very hard, and the air conditioner was not turned on upon arrival. It was extremely hot in the room and took a couple hours to cool off. The beds were rock hard, and the pillows were flat/compacted and very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a cockroach in the closet that my husband had to kill. And there are signs posted all over the hotel like the guests are petty thieves and need to be reminded that they can't take things from the hotel. I did not feel very welcome.

The room was not cleaned well at all. The bathroom was dirty; urine was all over the toilet and the bathroom floor had hair that hadn't been swept. The ice bucket had crumbs in the bottom; it hadn't been wiped out at all.

Just passing through
We only spent one night but our stay was very pleasant. We were greeted with friendly courteous attendants. Our room was clean quiet and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and provided with a good night sleep. We were able to have a nice breakfast. However, it was not the best. We were not a fan of the scrambled eggs,sausage or potato rounds. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel could use some updating, and they are in the process, but all in all, everything was good. Quiet evenings. Pretty clean rooms. Had a room with a nice walk out door and lake view. Convenient to pub/restaurant next door. Don’t have much to complain about.

The check in, the room condition, and the check out were excellent, but the breakfast was excellent. This was my first time in an Americim Hotel, but it won’t be my last.

The only problem I had with my stay was a small amount of ants were in my room.. It’s a lovely place to stay and everything we needed was right on the main road 💕

There was a dead bug in dresser drawer. I figured they had sprayed for bugs and that one found my drawer. No live bugs. Really didnt bother me. That just tells me their doing what they can do. Have always loved staying there. Love the lobby. Its very inviting

Nice hotel and stay
We stay here regularly when we come in town for family reasons. The room we choose satisfies what we need and the pond view is nice. Always clean and attended to. The only needed updating is the carpet and decor. But we will stay there when we return to town
