"Room smelled like dogs had peed on carpet and stains all over carpet. Even the sheet was stained and had cigarette burn holes in it. Cigarette butts all over the stairs leading up to the room. Really an awful experience. Would not stay again."

"My room was nice and clean and my bed was made and fresh towels brought every other day. My only complaint would be I had to stand at the window and wait for quite awhile for the girl to come check me in. It was around 9 pm and I had called to say I’d be late.
