We loved the beautiful grounds. The food was excellent. The staff very accommodating. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Grand Pacific
They told me that there’s an upgrade to my room however it is not a harbour view. Then they said “their system made a mistake and gave my room to someone else”, and they can only offer me something not as good. And they call that an “upgrade”. I.
