"Room was really comfortable, hotel is in construction but that was not a problem! Food was good, room service was great! Just needed extra water bottles lol but everything was great Bed was super good we enjoy staying in holiday inn express"

"This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter. "
