Here at Hotel Rialto we have The Palms Restaurant & Lounge open daily from 4pm. Our nightly parking charge is at par with other Victoria hotels - Guests also have the option to use the metered street parking OR the City Hall Parkade. Dear Diane - thank you for your rating & review. I would like to mention a few details that were not noted in your review. As I explained to you upon your departure - you reserved and pre-paid a reservation directly through Expedia. Then wanted to adjust the amount of nights stayed. In this case as you reserved and pre-paid a stay directly with Expedia, you would have to contact Expedia to make the adjustment. In regards to room types and prices - when you reserve a Superior Queen Room then would like a Superior Double Queen Room the rates are different. Also notes on your Expedia listing and our Hotels main website. When my Team was requesting codes this was our way of assisting you with your reservation request to shorten your stay.
