"Staff pleasant and helpful! Breakfast was just ok. Our room was clean but the halls were so, so. My biggest concern was the toilet. It was very low and I had difficulty getting up and down. When I returned home I called and voiced this concern to a staff member. He said there was a portable one that would have raised it up. Myself I think the company should upgrade all the toilets."

"Although it was off a major road, it was in a quiet area and very easy to access, with stores and a LCBO a few minutes walk. The pool was refreshing and clean and opened from 7 am to 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing with hot eggs, bacon & sausage, plus fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast & muffins, juice, milk, a fancy coffee machine, peamut butter, jam, etc. which they kept topped up from 7 to 10 am. Room was large and noise free with a dual heater/air conditioner and black out curtains. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and warm sheets. Bathroom shower had a great spray and perfect water temperature. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Beds were comfortable. Pet costs $25/night. Would suggest including this in booking. Clean room and bathroom and love being able to get to the parking lot directly from the room. Made it much easier for someone who couldn’t walk long distances. Stayed in an “accessible” room but shower did not have a grab bar. Strongly suggest including this for guest safety as well as supply shower gel since no ledge to rest the soap. Coffee was quite good. Love the concept of the waffles but taste/texture wasn’t the best! Appreciate the variety of yogurts available, oatmeal, bread/bagels."

"My family had a great stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, with convenient parking right in front of our cottage. The cottage itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was that the air conditioner is located in the living room, so the bedrooms don't get much cooling, which can be noticeable on hotter summer nights. The amenities were nice. We enjoyed the pool, the BBQ areas, and the fire pit. One of the BBQs closest to our cottage wasn't working, but we were able to coordinate with another group using a nearby grill, so it wasn't an issue at all. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return."
