"Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were amazing with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Ideal location in historic como, and paying extra for a view of lake Como was worth it! Included breakfast was very well done, vast choices for a good meal! Shower and water pressure were fantastic! The only comment is amenities were sparse (no pool, no hot tub, sad gym); not what you would expect at a beautiful hotel with restaurant, bar, and perfect location. Otherwise great stay!"
