Front desk agent.(Lisa) She was very nice n thorough welcoming and helpful and despite the machine messing up she quickly got us checked in after a long travel. She is the face of Bally's Hotel and should definitely be acknowledged for her hospitality and friendly demeanor. I will return and look forward to seeing her!!

Distance from the parking lot to the front door was not bad but no carts were available to help with luggage. Depending on the room # you may get a nice walk down the hallway of the one story building . Room was small bathroom was smaller. A/C worked great the pillows were nice the mattress not comfortable. The room was clean and the tv Reception was good. The casino was a short indoor walk from the hotel front desk. A good assortment and variety of slots were available. The location of the facility was on beautiful well maintained landscape For these two players the slot machines were Anything but loose or maybe it just wasn’t our night. Anyway playing the older favorites along with new machines was fun. This seasoned player would be interested in learning the RTP that the casino uses. Jackpots and payouts were not happening during our Saturday evening . We typically enjoy the sight and sounds of bonuses and jackpot of other players. These two players will return to Oklahoma to play at the Tribal casino . The End

they need to put more better funiture in the rooms , like chairs and foot stools. it was very clean. no complaint. need put curtains in rooms on the windows and hangers for guests. over all, nice hotel.

Room was nice and staff was friendly. It says there’s a bar / lounge but it’s in the casino and they would not let us buy drinks. We had to play machines at the bar to get drinks. Casino is connected to hotel via a hallway but when we tried to walk back to our room at 10:15pm the door connecting the two was locked. We had to walk outside in the rain to get back to our room. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they could have called security to let us through it not sure how long it would have taken to that anyway.

Motel 6 called Bally. The only truly positive thing to say is that it was clean. Usually rooms associated with casinos are spacious with comfortable beds connected to the casino for security reasons. This one, however, was none of those. Room was very small with a full size bed ( we booked king but there were only smoking king rooms available). Bed had a cheap soft mattress. Towels were thin and I had to use a towel and hand towel to get dry. TV was not working. The hallway that connected to the casino was used for storage and locked so the only way there was outside in a rainstorm. Very disappointing

Over the course of staying we had to ask to have sheets and towels changed. Woke up to a huge cockroach in our bathroom. Was told the would call when manager got in. We called when the manager was supposedly be there and was told she is too busy cleaning rooms. Couldn’t stop to talk to us right now.
