Warm and welcoming host, super comfortable room. Air con was on and room lovely and cool on a sweltering day. The building is beautiful, everything about this was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you

Clean. Location excellent right in city centre. Parking for 5E per day outside on streets. Breakfast 30E.

Amazing

Wonderful Stay ! I loved my stay! The breakfast was excellent. My dad and I booked a twin room on the top floor – it was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a lovely bathroom. The building's exterior is charming as well. The location was super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès, which was perfect for the Scrabble competition. Good allround experience

Lovely welcome. Triple room was perfect for us and our teen daughter as she got a bit of privacy. Great location.

Lovely hotel and receptionist. Spa was just a big thermal jacuzzi and sauna plus ice and snacks but it was still enjoyable. Hammam broken.

Clean and very friendly staff

Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)

Good value hotel, loved the decor, clean rooms with everything we needed for a short one night stay. Continental Breakfast was adequate and the staff were helpful and friendly

Located in a lively part of Vichy. Good place for an overnight.

Perfecto 👍
