Un accueil sans respect des consignes Covid, le personnel ne porte pas de masque. La chambre est petite mais confortable et plutôt moderne alors que les espaces communs , couloirs , escaliers sont vieillissants et les moquettes sales.

Nous avons eu une chambre côté "jardin", endroit surprenant et original ! La chambre est grande et confortable. Petit déjeuner convenable. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Très bonne escale .

Une chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Un joli petit hôtel bien situé dans Vichy avec un mélange de salles anciennes et de chambres modernes. Le parking gratuit se fait dans les rues autour .Nous avons trouvé une place . Un excellent rapport qualité prix au centre ville .

Il manque juste tablettes et patères dans la salle bain, c’est trois fois rien mais cela manque beaucoup. Sinon tout est bien en particulier si on a une chambre au rdc où l’ On peut se mettre dans le salon de jardin

Je souhaite avoir accès à quelqu'un qui gère hotel.com car je vais avoir une nuit gratuite et l'hôtelier m'a fait payer la chambre malgré la facture je l'ai eu plusieurs fois au téléphone il me dit toujours qu'il me rappelle prochainement et je n'ai toujours pas eu le remboursement cette chambre je peux prouver ce que je dis avec la facture et mon compte en banque

Mooi klein hotel, typisch iets wat je verwacht in Frankrijk. Helaas geen airco, maar dankzij de dubbele deuren (waarvan de buitenste voor verduistering is bedoeld) kan het best door luchten. Goede ligging t.o.v. de stad en recht tegenover de thermen (google Maps wijst echter een andere plaats aan...). Vlak bij de rivier met mooi uitzicht.

Rien de spécial dans la chambre, en fait, même pas de mini savons, première fois que je vois ça. Une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre et quelques poils dans la douche malheureusement. Le reste était propre en général et le personnel accueillant. Néanmoins pour le prix de la chambre et les services compris dans le tarif, je trouve ça assez cher pour ce que c'est.

Très bruyant car non insonorisé hôtel ancien de Vichy,(dans son "jus"..) était 2e ressemble plutôt à dortoir chbre "époque" non insonorisé coursive époque coloniale volet très ancien à fermer avec grosse clef..sdb extérieure..ss ascenseur...par contre très bon accueil sympathique petit déjeuner copieux salle agréable..mais n'y retournerai pas...

Aucune isolation, on entend le voisin allé au toilette, je vous passe les détails, salle de bain aucun débit d'eau , cabine de douche posée, si vous tirez la chasse d'eau , plus d'eau à la douche. Pas ascenseur pour monter les étages avec la valise. Pas de point réfrigéré dans la salle du déjeuner pour les yaourts ou fromages. Parking payant à l’extérieur , pas vraiment à proximité.
