The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. "We were unaware of all of the Ferrari city that this hotel was in the middle of and ended up booking it purely so that we could go to the museum quickly. However, we were blown away by how excellent everything in the hotel was from the check-in to the amabalcony to the breakfast, to the room service. The hotel became as much of an experience as the museum."
