"This place hidden middle of tourist hot spot. Lot of things to do around and walkable. Very nice and clean room. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend "
"Casa Hosteno was one of the highlights of our trip. The house itself is beautiful, tucked right in the heart of the old town, and Barbara was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the metro, trains, and ferries for exploring Naples and the nearby islands, plus countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend!"
"This was my first solo trip and it could not be more memorable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with great service. Their attention to care made me feel like part of the family! Thank you for making this an experience of a lifetime. "
"Excellent stay at Dimora Duomo, great communication and information given upon check in regarding the surrounding area.
Excellent breakfast and comfy beds/pillows !
Overall a great hotel, would stay again !

"Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good! The first day of our arrival that hotel told us, after we reached them, that there is a problem with the room and they transferred us to an apartment that had no WiFi, no shower curtains and not even a bathroom door! The next day we checked in at the hotel yet we were informed that there is no daily houskeeping if the stay is less than 3 nights, and that was not announced on hotels.com!
The area is a little shady but still central and close to everything...
"The hotel accommodations and staff were fantastic! Room was cozy with comfy bed. Location is great! The property is located right next to subway system and less than 15 minute walk to the train station or port."
"Excellent endroit! nous sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour. Les lieux sont propres, confortables et bien décorés.
Mary est au petit soin si besoin. "
"The hotel was located in a very convenient area. Many restaurant options just steps away. The breakfast offered ever morning had great variety and chef cooked eggs how we wanted. The room itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly !"
"We highly recommend this hotel due to the location, modernity and overall cleanliness of the premises. We recommend you book a room with a terrace (where we ate our meals). Marco, one of the front desk agents, is a standout professional. Among, other things, Marco helped us get oriented to Napoli, secured us last minute accommodation at the hotel for an extra night stay, and kindly, rapidly, assisted us when our taxi to the train station did not show up. Marco made our stay very memorable and we...

"Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem. The room was adequate, smaller than what we experienced in the other big cities like Rome and Florence, but it did the job. The breakfast is amazing!! Made to order coffee's, plenty of variety for all tastes - yogurts, baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheeses. The best hotel breakfast we had in all of our travels through Italy.
The Piazza Bellini neighborhood is lively with plenty of great places to eat right outside the door and within a 5 minute walk. About 25 minutes from the Napoli Centrale train station and about 20 minutes from the port so good central location to use the transit. "
"- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming
- Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias
Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel."
"The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Walking up to the hotel from the outside can be a little disconcerting. If you are not used to big city life and the people that inhabit the big city it could be a little intimidating especially in the evening. That said, the staff is again, so very helpful. "
"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."
