"Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "

"The location was great in the old city centre and an easy walk to the water or Spanish Quarter. Lots of stuff around the hotel itself. Entering through the mini door and courtyard was really fun and charming. Staff were great! Nothing more needed on that, all of them The AC was broken the first day and when I told them about it they had it fixed the next day. It was out for all units. The safe in the room was broken and they said the previous person did it but was never fixed as promised. We appreciate having a safe. The shower was great but i recommend getting hand soap for guests. We ended up using the body wash for the shower every day. Overall a great choice. Room was spacious, great view from the room in the courtyard. Take advantage of the roof top terrace for a drink."

Also parking was sketchy, the front desk reoffered you to a parking space outside and price was a little abusive, and opening time not convenient. Amenities: Average expectations - Basic offer compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided good value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations Overall: Average expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we will recommend this hotel"

"The room was clean. When we arrived they stated the A/C was not working in the room so they offered free morning breakfast. The A/C seemed to work acceptably for our needs. The breakfast was excellent. The place had a large terrace that overlooked Piazza Garibaldi. The room was large and the beds were good. The shower pressure was intermittently weak. Give the size of the room, they could have placed 1 or 2 luggage caddies in the room."
