"Overall the hotel wasn't bad for this area. It is really close to the interstate and there is a lot of traffic. My room was on the first floor, The window had a big hole in one pane and didn't allow air in but staff said it was broken from a recent hail storm. There were some other windows that were also broke. The only issues I had was the Air conditioner sounded like an alarm clock when it finished its cycle. I was woken several times by what I thought was an alarm but turned out to be the air conditioner. Coffee in the morning was luke warm but overall its a decent hotel for Pecos."

"There was NO hot water and the bread for breakfast had mold on it. The guy at the desk told me “I should have mentioned that we didn’t have hot water before you booked”….."

"This hotel, it turns out, had only been open to guests 1 day. They were not prepared. Ssud they had no luggage carts. Workers still onsite painting. No exterior lights Staff was very apologetic, but offered no remedies."

"My wife and two daughters stayed here one night while I was at work in Pecos. The staff went above and beyond to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again if we need a hotel in Pecos. "
