"Pulled back the covers to find a stained fitted sheet in a stained top sheet. Then flip the pillow over to find a greasy head stain on the pillow. The room itself looked clean, but the linens were absolutely filthy and apparent that the housekeeper did not change the sheets."

"The place was dirty, dirty dirty. The check-in was late. We had to wait because the room wasn’t ready no towels. There was only one sheet on the bed.
