"I booked through Expedia. Purpose my mom’s funeral. I received a call from home that my dog was dying. We checked out a day early to race home. The desk agent informed me that he processed the early check out and it was credited to a virtual account of Expedia. Expedia says the refund was not credited. Expedia says they contacted Cambria management decided not to refund the unused room amount. So my mom died my dog died and the Cambria hotel ripped me off."

"Breakfast was a plus. It was basic, but good. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Food still in fridge and surfaces visabily dirty. Room its self looks tired- holes in wall by window- blinds had holes. "

"The hotel was terrible. Always dirty. The hallways were filthy. There were dead bugs on the side of my bed and the toilet was clean. I grew up in Fairfield and used to stay here when it was LaQuinta and it was much better. "

"A very convenient hotel if you're attending weddings nearby. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing. Good parking."

"I’ve stayed at Courtyards previously and this was not the best. Others had breakfast buffets with a charge. This had an area with Starbucks coffee and a very limited selection. The room was spacious and well equipped. My wife and I don’t like to have daily maid service for a three night stay, so we keep the do not disturb tag on the door. On day one the liquid soap dispenser was empty which I believe should have been filled before our arrival. I tried to use the coffee on morning one, and while the water got hot, it wasn’t pulling the water through the tube to the coffee filter. I was almost scalded by the steam coming from the machine. I decided that coffee wasn’t a necessity and reported the problem when I checked out. The shower was aesthetically pleasing but the water flow was horrible. If you wanted a cold shower the pressure was great, but as you increased the temperature the flow decreased and it was difficult to find a happy middle. I know some people like a firm mattress, but this wasn’t just firm, it was uncomfortable. "
