"This room was offensive smelling. The tub was filthy. I cannot think of a way to describe the lack of taste or warmth this room offered. "the hotel required pay ahead even though there was an option to pay at property and the woman explaining to me i needed to pay before coming was rude. our room smelled like cigarette smoke when you first walked in. the hold of $150 is a lot too."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
