"Great view and great service"

"This location had everything we were needing. The breakfast was great and had a good healthy variety. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Plus a gym. I used the laundry as well and it was clean and inexpensive which was a nice surprise. Will book again next time in Vernon. "

"Not bad. Not great. Not really a full service hotel. Rooms need some work booked a suite and the bed felt super dated. The guy swiped my card and then held it until I got my id out like it wasn’t my card I didn’t appreciate that. "

"Beautiful and peaceful location. Perfect for a weekend gateway for two any time of the year or for a long summer family vacation. The accommodation was just as promised and actually surpassed our expectations. Very roomy and lots of facilities available for use. Loved walking around the property and exploring the cave and lake."

"Enjoyed our stay here! It was super relaxing. The only thing though was we found a mouse in our room the last day and maybe because we had take out in our room. This was bothersome but thankfully on our way to checking out. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed rushed with poor customer service skills but that’s more of a comfort thing for us. The beds were really uncomfortable and beautiful views from our room! We loved the tub near the window — it was so relaxing. They also provided us with complimentary bath salt which was a nice surprise. The amenities were great! The spa areas were so good — best spa I have been to. Not a lot of restaurants nearby so the food in the restaurant in the building was expensive and one down the hill from us at the other hotel. Only two walkable restaurants — otherwise have to drive into town (more of a preference thing). Lovely walk around with nice views and nature. Would recommend staying here! "
