Nice rooms not good location

Overall Rating: 10/10 – Highly Recommended! I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The only aspect that was disappointing was the transportation consultation service. On my last day, I approached the concierge desk to inquire about booking a reliable taxi to the Nice airport for an early morning departure. The staff member advised that booking an external taxi might be unreliable and that there was a high possibility the driver might not show up. She then offered the hostel's in-house car service for a fixed price of 250 euros for the trip. This price felt very high. We decided to go to a local taxi stand, spoke with a driver, and downloaded a local taxi app. Using the app for the same early morning trip, the actual cost was only 110 euros. I felt that the information provided by the staff member regarding the reliability of outside taxis was misleading in an effort to sell their significantly more expensive internal car service. While this was a frustrating incident, it was the only negative point in an otherwise perfect stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Overall a good experience, but by any means a great experience. For a hotel with these ratings, the expectations are not met: none of the showers worked properly- one was leaking, the other one didn’t work. The room is market as it has a balcony with ocean view: that was true, as was ‘some’ ocean view, otherwise it was a lot of ‘roof view’ of the adjacent building. Some of staff members was trying to do their best (the valet team was fantastic as they have a very hard job to move the luggage up and down on a lot of stairs), but some of them just average not something expected from a hotel with such ratings … and rates (ie at check out they charged us one night more for the parking, the offer for transportation was just outrageous- ie 3 times the taxi rates for same type of car…). On the other hand, pleas do yourself a favor and don’t go to the hotel’s restaurant: the service is just bad and the food not so great either (at least for the expectation from a Michelin star restaurant). Let’s start with the reservation: we asked for dinner reservation, and they booked us at 8:00 pm, when the best time is 7:00 pm so you can enjoy the sunset- they didn’t mention / offer this, albeit the restaurant was half booked when we arrived. They asked for formal dressing: don’t worry - they do not reinforce: the people are showing up in T shirts and flip flops. Now the service: we asked for sparkling water, obviously they brought us still water; they brought us the drinks ordered by others …

Perfect location for walking to explore city, room was very nice and staff very helpful with any request Only complaint was shampoo was a combo shampoo conditioner and didn’t feel like it rinsed well so left hair feeling heavy, I would stay again and just bring my own shampoo 😀

I genuinely love staying here with my children. The pools, the food, the rooms are all very wonderdul. Overall, the service and help is excellent, however every once in a while youre met with subpar customer service though it happens rarely enough to not deter me from coming back. I loce it here.
