"Brilliant stay and lovely staff"

"The best apartment we have stayed so far. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. It even included the dishwasher and oven. The quality of the kitchen utensils were also great. The only negative was the hose in the bathroom that was loose and needed screwing to the shower head a few times. Very close to the Geneva airport. Grocery shopping options close by. Prompt response to the queries. Geneva Travel cards were provided a few days in advance. Overall very happy with the stay."

"Lovely clean modern well equipped apartment with comfy beds. Staff were exceptionally helpful and informative. Easy to walk to the tram and a short ride into Geneva or to CERN. "

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "
