"This Hotel was very overpriced for starters. $500 Australian a night we should of received five star and a beautiful hotel. Instead we recieved a dirty very old hotel with a Sofa that was that bad it was replaced upon request. All cooking utensils, wine glass ( that's right glass) and pans were in such a condition that they were also replaced upon request. We also found a jar of Marujana in a tea jar that need to be removed by staff. Only plus was the location. "

"Riomaggiore is a lovely spot and this apartment is a mere 50 stairs up, which in a city of lots of climbing means it is a very convenient location. We were greeted nicely and communication for check-in was excellent, even though we arrived later than planned. "The location was fantastic. The property was located right off the train station. The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"The owner of the hotel and the restaurant below is by far one of the kindest, most attentive people I have ever met! TREMENDOUS THANK YOU TO HER!! The hotel itself is AMAZING!! Beautiful and PERFECT location, and the breakfast in the morning was incredible. I absolutely loved the terrace here too!! I couldn’t have asked for a better place in Vernazza!"
